Abstract

Tolly engineers verified the performance of the H3C S7500E(X) core routing switches and key features that make the switch family suited to fulfill the requirements and needs for enterprise campus networks and data center networks.

Tolly engineers selected one S7508E-X switch with eight LSQ1TGS48SF interface modules to verify that the S7508E-X could support 100% line- rate Layer 2, IPv4 and IPv6 throughput with 384 10GbE ports (3.84Tbps aggregated throughput) using full mesh traffic topology.

Tolly engineers also verified features including: PVST+, IRF2 stacking, IPv6, Open Application Architecture (OAA), CPU attack protection, CoPP, RRPP, MPLS VPN, EPON service, sFlow, No Impact on CPU and Forwarding Performance with ACL/QoS.
