Abstract

Huawei CloudEngine S5731-S series switches are standard gigabit switches with GbE copper access ports and 10GbE uplink ports. They are ideal to be deployed in the aggregation or access layer of campus networks, and in the access layer of data center networks.

Tolly engineers evaluated Huawei CloudEngine S5731-S series switches’ performance and validated their features. Built upon Huawei’s high performance Versatile Routing Platform (VRP) software, CloudEngine S5731-S series switches can be configured locally or work in cloud- managed mode to be managed by Huawei Agile Controller. CloudEngine S5731-S series switches also support numerous security features and can interoperate with Huawei Cybersecurity Intelligence System (CIS) for Encrypted Communications Analytics (ECA) and network-wide threat deception.
