Abstract
Great Works Internet commissioned The Tolly Group to evaluate its manually configured GWI Broadband DSL Service. Tolly Group engineers measured the downstream file-transfer application throughput of the DSL service and compared it against throughput offered by Time-Warner Cable’s (TWC) 3Mbps Road Runner cable modem service.
