Abstract

The S9300 series switches are the new generation high-end
smart Terabit core routing switches developed by Huawei Technologies facing converged multi-service networks. Upon providing the stable, reliable and secure high performance L2/L3
switching service, the S9300 uses Huawei’s intelligent multi-layer
switching concept to support various network applications such as carrying High-Definition (HD) video, elastic cloud computing,
hardware IPv6, unified security, and HQoS with strong scalability
 and reliability.

The Huawei S9300 series switches are widely used in Wide Area Networks (WANs), Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) and data centers to help carriers build application-centric and end-to-end converged networks with unified switching and routing.

Tolly engineers evaluated the S9300 series switches in multiple areas including QoS, high availability, easy-operation, CSS, programmable capability, performance and capacity.
